Loongson 3A6000 is the first processor of Loongson's 4th-generation microarchitecture for high-end embedded computers, desktops, servers, and other applications. It utilizes the independently designed instruction set architecture (LoongArch) and is built upon the newly developed LA664 cores. The Loongson 3A6000 processor boosts a significant improvement in performance when compared to the Loongson 3A5000, with single-core integer/floating-point performance increasing by 60% and 90%, respectively, and multi-core integer/floating-point performance up by 100% and 90%. The processor demonstrates a single-thread integer/floating-point score of 46.1/57.7 in SPEC CPU 2006 base, both of which are competitive levels in the international market.
